Subscription Terms

New products added to GRCadia's library are automatically available to subscribers within their plan's access scope at no additional cost.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorise GRCadia to charge your payment method on file for each renewal
• Renewal reminders: Monthly subscriptions — 3 days before renewal. Annual subscriptions — 30 days before renewal
• Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance

Cancel anytime through account settings or by emailing support@grcadia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

After cancellation: access to the library is removed, but all previously downloaded files remain yours permanently (see Section 5).

• Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable for the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions: Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase, less the list price of any Products downloaded during that period. After 14 days — no refund
• Renewals: Non-refundable once processed. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew

• Downloaded files remain on your systems and are yours to use indefinitely
• GRCadia will not remotely delete, disable, or revoke downloaded files
• The licence granted for downloaded files remains in effect permanently
• Cancellation only stops future downloads — it does not affect files already downloaded

Seats may be reassigned to different users within your organisation. When reassigned, the previous user retains permanent ownership of all files downloaded under their account. Consultant and Enterprise subscribers may use seats to serve clients in professional services — not to share platform access credentials.

• If payment fails, GRCadia notifies you immediately and retries according to Stripe's schedule
• A 7-day grace period applies from the first payment failure — full access continues during this period
• If payment is not received within the grace period, access is suspended (not cancelled)
• Reactivate by updating your payment method at account settings
• If payment is not received within 30 days, the subscription is automatically cancelled
• Downloaded files are not affected during suspension or cancellation

GRCadia monitors regulatory and framework changes and updates documents when material changes occur. Active subscribers who have downloaded an updated product will be notified by email with a direct link to download the new version.

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Questions: support@grcadia.com.
