End User Licence Agreement

GR-Cadia Inc. ("GRCadia") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use this document for your internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions below. This licence is granted to the purchasing organisation, not to individual employees personally.

• Use documents internally within your organisation
• Modify and customise content for your own internal compliance programme
• Store documents on your internal systems, intranet, or approved cloud storage
• Print copies for internal reference and audit purposes
• Consultant and Enterprise subscribers: use documents when providing professional compliance services to your clients — not for resale

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share documents outside your organisation
• Post documents on public websites, document sharing platforms, or any publicly accessible system
• Remove, obscure, or alter any GRCadia copyright notice, disclaimer, or branding
• Use documents, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model
• Present documents as your original work or claim authorship to third parties
• Transfer this licence to another organisation without GRCadia's written consent

All GRCadia documents and their contents — including structure, formatting, formulas, guidance text, and design — are the intellectual property of GR-Cadia Inc. protected under Canadian copyright law. Purchase does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

All third-party product names and trademarks referenced in GRCadia documents are the property of their respective owners. GRCadia is not affiliated with any named third party.

GRCadia documents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GRCadia does not warrant that documents:

• Meet your specific compliance, regulatory, or certification requirements
• Reflect the most current version of any regulation, standard, or framework
• Guarantee a successful audit outcome or certification result
• Are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies

You are responsible for verifying that documents are appropriate for your organisation's specific circumstances.

GRCadia's total liability arising from your use of any document is limited to the amount you paid for it. GRCadia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including audit failures, regulatory fines, or business losses. This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
